Develop Your Practice
Who knew attending inspirational training outside of your timezone could make you so enthusiastic about getting up in the morning? We did. Because it happens again and again with every course. Big ideas sprout from these small group sessions, and we love it!
New training dates have now been announced, and booking is open. Join us in November for 3 group sessions, delivered weekly, followed by a one-to-one with course tutors.
Figurenotes: Developing Your Practice is aimed at music educators and facilitators who want to expand their use of accessible techniques, get new ideas, and leave with tools ready for their setting. If that sounds like you, book here.
What Will I Learn?
You’ll learn how to use Figurenotes to support the fundamentals of music, with homework tasks to deepen your learning between sessions.
- Week 1 focuses on rhythm, using interactive and creative activities to give your students the best foundation in pulse and rhythmic skills.
- Week 2 is all about composition and creative play, developing exploration and courage to create.
- Week 3 brings these skills together in a group activity, as we focus on ensembles and mixed-ability groups.
Get the most out of your free Figurenotes resources by learning techniques and approaches that work. You’ll get tailored advice on how to apply Figurenotes in your music setting, and develop tools to use straight away in your work.
